How do I receive my digital product?

Since the Complete Collections has many files, once we receive your order, we will process it and email you a download link for all the files. This simple process guarantees that you have access to your purchased files whenever you want. The maximum time required for processing orders is 24 hours.

The files are prepared in JPG format. Most of them have a version in format for printing in Letter and A4, except for those that only require printing in Letter size. In the name of each file, you will find that the letters denote an "L" or "A4" after the initials of the name of the collection; so, for example, in the case of the files of "Celestial Pink Collection," the files will be named as "CPL + File Number" for the case of files in Letter format and "CPA4 + File Number" for the case of files in A4 format.
